Introduction :

Landnest Homes & Properties is a real estate company operating across four Nigerian states. In 2024, I was engaged to redesign their website to improve business visibility and client conversion. I served as the UI/UX Designer, collaborating closely with the marketing team led by the Chief Marketing Officer, Joshua Amusu, and a full-stack developer, Damilare Anjorin, who implemented the design. Later, a Framer developer, Abimbola Omolaso, joined the team to migrate the project to Framer, enabling greater flexibility for future updates and cost efficiency.

Problem :

Landnest’s previous website had been taken down due to low engagement and weak online visibility. The company needed a digital platform that not only showcased its estates and services but also encouraged inquiries and inspections from it's target audience which included tech-savvy millennials and Gen-Z real-estate investors that needed an accessible and engaging website experience.

How I Solved It :

I began with research into Landnest’s audience, competitors (e.g. Audacia, Land Republic), and user behavior to define clear goals for the redesign. The solution focused on a mobile-first experience, content clarity, and trust-building visuals. I designed a new landing structure featuring active and sold-out projects, client testimonials, and clear calls-to-action for bookings and inspections. The interface retained Landnest’s brand identity while improving accessibility and conversion flow.

Results :

The new website achieved an estimated 40% increase in new clients due to high customer engagement.

  • The mobile-first strategy improved accessibility and conversion while reducing bounce rate.

  • The team adopted Framer for faster deployment and smoother iteration going forward.

Hear What the Co-founder Had to Say:

Segun Oloto is really a great guy. It was really nice working with him. He completely understands the goal of our project at Landnest and delivered excellently. We are pleased, our clients are pleased with the user experience on the site. It all shows in our increase in sales and conversion rates.
