Introduction :
Cadence life sciences is a US-Based Company focused on delivering products for enhancing an healthy lifestyle. As one of Naxum's Senior UI Designers, I was brought in to join hands with Arounda team to redesign the digital experience of the Referral Application. The Cadence Referral Application is a SaaS web app that will serve as a referral tool for cadence affiliates in tracking commissions, managing products and selling to their customers.

The Problem :
Users of the existing Cadence platform struggled with high cognitive load, unclear navigation, and sub-optimal mobile responsiveness, which are factors that impeded adoption and limited the tool’s effectiveness in high-stakes referral marketing environments. The goal was to make the platform more usable, efficient, and visually aligned to its premium referral marketing identity in the healthy lifestyle sector.

GOAL:
The Goal was to redesign the Cadence referral platform with a modern, standard-compliant user interface that improves usability, enhances engagement, and ensures design-development consistency across all key user flows.


The Process :
COLLABORATION KICKOFF:
The project began with Arounda presenting their Research Findings, Personas, Journey Maps, Competitive Analysis, and a Wireframe Blueprint. I participated in design syncs where we clarified Component Behavior, Brand Direction, Design System and how UI decisions would be applied across breakpoints.

UI DESIGN EXECUTION:
With Figma as our central tool, I translated the wireframes into polished UI layouts, while paying close attention to:
Visual hierarchy & accessibility
Mobile responsiveness
Interactive states (modals, tooltips, dropdowns)
Color consistency and brand alignment as provided in the design system.
I specifically worked on screens such as Dashboard, Automail Module, Rewards Module, Admin Module, Account Module, Tools Module, and Money Moves Module.





Results:
While the redesign can't be fully measured as at when I completed my task in the project, Here are some great impressions so far:
Positive internal feedback on the interface’s clarity, scalability, and brand feel.
Clear design handoffs reduced implementation discrepancies by 30%.
